I go to a gallery with my friend Jack. This gallery is near the Confucius temple. It is not a big gallery but there are lots of paintings in the gallery. I went to the gallery on 14th of March. I think this gallery near my home and have many beautiful paintings, so I choose this gallery to see art exhibition. There were many different styles of paintings in it. Some are original art works. Some are realistic and some are abstract. As we were in the gallery, I suddenly felt we seem to in a sea of art work. My favorite art work is a canvas. The author paints a canvas of Chinese old building. As a watcher, I look along the narrow lane; at the end I see a flank of old building. The canvas expresses the impression of 1960s in china. It gives me a mood of reminiscence. The line in this painting is unclear. Maybe author just want to show us the feeling of this canvas. The other one is a landscape of mountains and rivers. It gives me a powerful feeling of our country. The line of this artwork is very clearly and it focuses on the objects to creative a atmosphere. It is totally different from that canvas.
I think watch beautiful paintings can increase our grace, make us more smart and appreciative. I suggest my classmate to focus on the paintings. Paintings are the most beautiful thing that I think I the world.

Eat western food

We went to an international restaurant in 1912 fashion block. The name of this western restaurant is called “Knights of the Round Table”. The name I think is from the old story of knight of old British. Actually, the composition of table is round. I have lunch with Jack at this restaurant. I think this restaurant is very popular. There were full of people and we had to wait. Why we choose this restaurant? There are many reasons. First, it is an international school so that we can learn western eating style. Second, the price of this lunch isn’t very high so we can have a good lunch without high price. The price is 98 RMB per person. There are 8 courses. We can eat salad, drink, staple food, dessert and so on. There are varieties foods that we can choose to eat. I ate fruit salad, roast veal and ice coffee. Before we ate, we also can drink aperitif for free. The speed of serving is very slow. Maybe it builds an atmosphere of harmony and relaxes. I like eating western foods. I think eat western food is a kind of enjoyable. The service is extremely good. The waiters are very patient to our strange questions. People go to this restaurant are young people. May be they want to eat something new. Anyway I enjoy eating in this restaurant and we have a good time here. I recommend my classmate to this restaurant. I promise It must be a good place to learn western culture.
